‘Laila Majnu’ Teaser: Can Imtiaz Ali Recreate the Magic Again?

The teaser of Imtiaz Ali and Ekta Kapoor’s joint venture Laila Majnu is out. The film is a modern-day retelling of the classic love story of Laila – Majnu. No, the film is not directed by Imtiaz Ali but by his younger brother Sajid Ali. Imtiaz has co-written the film along with brother Sajid and is presenting it.

Laila Majnu, which is presented by Imtiaz Ali and produced by Ekta Kapoor’s Balaji Motion Pictures and PI Films, is scheduled to release on 24 August 2018.
